My name is Christo, and I am a musician, music teacher and musical instrument sales professional based in Cape Town, South Africa. 

I've been playing music for 2o years, and on stage for 15 years. I can't imagine doing anything else. I play for various bands around town, from country to rock & roll and indie.  I am a self taught multi-instrumentalist and I hold a Gr8 Rockschool electric guitar grade as well as a Gr5 ABRSM theory grade. My main performance instrument is electric guitar. 

I started teaching music 10 years ago, and take great pleasure in bringing the joy of music to new people. My teaching style is very patient and accomodating. I believe a student should progress at their own pace, and I always emphasise the joy of making music.

Music, to me, is magic. Its effect on us is undeniable, and it is a privilige to me to teach this universal language.
